At its core, The Pledge commemorates the impactful partnership between Teach For Pakistan, MoFEPT, and the FCDO, demonstrating real progress in transforming public schools and closing the achievement gap for children from rural, under-resourced backgrounds. With 87 graduating Fellows leading the way, the event celebrates the success of the Education Fellows project in providing a blueprint for replication and scaling up the best practices in teacher recruitment, training, M&E, accountability, and coaching support for systemic change in education.

Leadership Breakthroughs celebrate how teachers and students illuminate pathways to reshape education.

All Leadership Breakthroughs videos will be available here after the event.

Community Partnership Projects (CPPs) are strategic initiatives that Teach For Pakistan Fellows undertake in their respective schools and communities in order to help solve salient and persistent barriers to transformational student learning in their classrooms. In partnership with key stakeholders in the school and the community, our graduating Fellows have designed and implemented 37 important interventions in and around the capital’s rural and semi-urban areas.
