Lead Change On Your Campus
Teach For Pakistan’s Campus Leader Program embodies our core belief that the development of our future leaders will ultimately shape our own future; the future of Pakistan. This six-month experience is a unique opportunity for students to join the Teach For Pakistan movement for educational equity so that one day, all of Pakistan’s children have an education that enables them to become loving, thinking, and engaged citizens.
Campus Leaders primarily operate in two domains: education advocacy and recruitment support. They play a vital role in mobilizing their peers, raising awareness, and driving meaningful initiatives that address the educational inequity present in our society. Teach For Pakistan’s Campus Leaders not only develop their own leadership skills but also ensure that Pakistan’s most outstanding talent is taking charge of one of this country’s most critical issues.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute an education advocacy campaign on your campus to deepen the understanding of education inequity in Pakistan and spearhead the movement towards equitable education on your campus
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders on campus to strengthen the dialogue about the educational crisis in Pakistan
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing the best leadership potential for the Teach For Pakistan Fellowship by connecting it to interested and high-potential candidates
- Support the recruitment team during activities on campus
Who We’re Looking For
An applicant must:
- Be passionate about equity in education in Pakistan and care deeply about the future of Pakistan’s children;
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program;
- Demonstrate excellence in a leadership role in their professional, academic, or co-curricular experiences;
- Possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills;
- Be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and mobilize them to work collaboratively for a shared cause.

- An opportunity to qualify for the penultimate stage of selection for the Teach For Pakistan Fellowship;
- Potential recommendation for the Teach For Pakistan Summer Internship Program in 2026.

Shortlisted candidates will be called in for a virtual interview with the Recruitment team. If selected, all candidates will be required to undergo a mandatory 2 day training before beginning their role as a Campus Leader.
