A 5-month recruitment drive to encourage top candidates to apply to the Fellowship

Selected Fellows are matched to a partner school

Online Application

Submit an online application that requires you to provide information about your personal, academic and professional background and accomplishments. Tell us about your co-curricular and volunteer experiences and answer essay questions about your motivations for applying.

Assessment Centre

Short-listed applicants will be invited for an assessment center comprising a sample teaching lesson, group activities and problem solving exercises

Final Interview

Applicants who clear the assessment center will be invited for a final interview with a member of the Teach For Pakistan team

The Offer

Offer to join the 2023-25 cohort will be extended to candidates who meet our rigorous selection criteria

Summer Training Institute

Incoming Fellows attend mandatory six-week training prior to school placement in August 2023
