Manager, Placement and Government Relations

Position Summary:

The Manager, Placements & Government Relations will be responsible for creating the strategy and enabling school placements with Government schools. This will involve establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with government authorities and placement school authorities, both in the pre-launch phase and on an ongoing basis.  The Manager will also be responsible for overall community liaison strategy and network with NGOs working in and around the placement school clusters and communities, to provide a supportive environment for Fellows to deliver on their goals for student achievement. The Manager will also be involved in Teach For Pakistan’s “Encouraging Micro-innovations in Innovation” campaign, in which he/she will assist in gathering maximum entries, assist in reviewing and synthesizing entries, conduct field visits for review and selection of finalized entries, and work closely with all external and government partners to ensure maximum impact.

Position Summary:

The Manager, Evaluation and Reporting will play a vital role in leading the execution and monitoring of Teach For Pakistan’s “Encouraging Micro-innovations in Education” project. The Manager will be in a high responsibility role ensuring execution of the different phases of the project under tight project deadlines, working closely with the donor and external partners to get tasks done, and generating complete and thorough analysis based on data collected from the field, with insight from the Project Director, TFP staff and the Review Committee. This is a one year contractual position.

Position Summary:

The Project Director will lead Teach For Pakistan’s “Encouraging Micro-innovations in Education” project. He/she will be responsible for overseeing project planning, team formation and development, monitoring and evaluation, and execution of project deliverables nationwide. As part of his role, the Director will cultivate senior relationships and participate in strategizing, managing and executing external relations for Teach For Pakistan in order to create an influencing environment for Fellows and Alumni and communicating proof points. The Project Director will be part of the Senior Management Team of Teach For Pakistan. This position is a one-year renewable contract.

Position Summary:

In order to develop clearer understanding of our work amongst a broad base of stakeholders, Teach For Pakistan’s Communications and Business Development (CBD) team is looking to hire a Communications and Social Media Manager. The Manager is entrusted to tangibly mainstream communication design thinking in our external and internal communication efforts. He/she will play a vital role as part of Teach For Pakistan’s “Encouraging Micro-innovations in Education” campaign to address a number of communication needs innovatively: strategizing and executing a nationwide online campaign, revamping the website to highlight key messages, creating cutting-edge digital design content for online dissemination, leading the design of diverse print materials including posters and collateral, as well as designing and developing an innovative guidebook to be used by teachers in public and private schools across Pakistan.

The Manager will work closely with the Donor Relations Officer and report to the Project Director. He/she will not only be leading innovation around the Teach For Pakistan brand and marketing strategies but also be a co-creator and executor of a number of high-profile activity and communication.

Position Summary:

Teach For Pakistan is looking to hire a Manager, Design & Measurement for its Training and Support team, who works directly with the Director, Training & Support, supporting her on a number of creative and innovative learning initiatives. The Manager will play a vital role as part of Teach For Pakistan’s “Encouraging Micro-innovations in Education” campaign.  He/she shall assist in conducting research, creating criteria for successful micro-innovation, evaluating entries, fuelling discussion of Review Committee, as well as reviewing and synthesizing data for selection, awards and final dissemination.

The Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the development of all content related curricula for Teach For Pakistan’s pre-service training, working closely with the Director to manage and coordinate on-going Fellow support throughout the academic year, ensuring that timelines are met and all planning is progressing smoothly. The Manager will also lead Teach For Pakistan’s evidence based reporting and feedback at the student and Fellow level; this includes receiving and analyzing student achievement data, and when required designing systems for Monitoring, Learning and Evaluating (MLE). This is a significant responsibility of this role, which requires an advanced level of competency with Excel and handling data for learning & comparison.
