Fellow Development Officer – Institute 2014

Position Summary:

Fellow Development Officers will play a key role at the Summer Training Institute (a 5 week long teacher training programme) that prepares Teach for Pakistan Fellows for their full time placement. They will be working with a group of 8 – 10 Fellows, helping them develop key competencies as teachers. Position Summary:

Teach For Pakistan is looking to hire a Coordinator, Design & Measurement for its Training and Support team, who works directly with the Director, Training & Support, in supporting them on a number of creative and innovative learning initiatives. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the development of all content related curriculum for Teach For Pakistan’s pre-service (Summer Institute) and on-going support throughout the academic year, ensuring that timelines are being met and all planning is progressing smoothly. During Summer Institute the Coordinator will be responsible for the effective and timely execution of lesson schedules, classroom observations, debriefs and other academics related activities and will be on site to support summer school teaching. The Coordinator will also be responsible for Teach For Pakistan’s impact reporting at the student and Fellow level; This includes receiving & analyzing student achievement data, & when required designing systems for Monitoring, Learning & Evaluating (MLE) This is a significant responsibility of this role, which requires an advanced level of competency with Excel and handling data for learning & comparison. Coordinator or Manager position will be offered depending on experience & qualifications.
